Very cool…
Nose, ear and mouth. Yet we look at the painting with our own eyes. Perhaps in a way it makes us look at ourselves and our other sensory receptors in a new light and focus less on the obvious vanity. If they eyes are a window to the soul then what is this abyss representative of?
